Big Black Wic™ hopes you love your new candle! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your candle we are happy to offer a refund within thirty (30) days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original and unused condition.

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipment.

Undeliverable Packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to Big Black Wic as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping and applicable taxes.
